About the Organisation:
Located in the beautiful south suburb of Capalaba, this firm is a proud provider of business services including tax planning, restructuring, compliance & strategic advisory. Comprised of both on and offshore talented accounting professionals, and led by an experienced Director, our client has no shortage of business to go around and is keen to hire their newest Senior Client Manager.

Key responsibilities:
As a Senior Client Manager, you will be expected to lead with experience and by example. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Reviewing work of fellow teammates to ensure compliance and quality
• Liaising directly with clients in-person, as well as via phone and email
• Providing informed and accurate tax and business advice to a diverse portfolio of clientele, including individuals & businesses up to $15 million in turnover
• Mentoring and leading a team of between 4 and 7 people
• Collaborating with other Senior Client Managers and the Director to effectively divide and complete work based on critical timelines

Experience and Skillset:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public practice accounting
• Demonstrated leadership experience; both coaching and mentorship
• Commercially-minded and can get behind the 'why' not just the 'how'
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude
• Able to commit to in-office days each week to support the onsite team
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero (XPM), NowInfinity & Ignition strongly preferred
• Legal right to work in Australia on an ongoing basis
