The Role: Senior Client Manager

This senior leadership role will see you overseeing key client relationships, managing workflow, and supporting the growth and capability of our accounting team in Toowoomba.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and strengthening client relationships

Delivering high-quality tax, compliance, and advisory services

Providing technical expertise in income tax, CGT, Div7A, FBT, structures, superannuation and investment alternatives

Leading and mentoring junior accountants and support staff

Driving process improvements and ensuring consistent quality output

About You

We’re looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in their work, values relationships and wants to make a long-term impact.

You’ll bring:

CA or CPA qualification

5+ years’ public practice experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine interest in regional and agricultural business

Proven ability to lead a team and manage workflow

Proficiency with cloud-based, paperless systems

Familiarity with any of the following systems is highly regarded:
Xero, MYOBAE, BGL 360, HowNow, Phoenix, QuickBooks
