We are seeking a Senior Client Manager to join a leading brokerage firm in Brisbane, managing a well-established portfolio within the national team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior-level broking role where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, provide expert advice and be part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

Who will you be working with?
Join a nationally recognised brokerage with a strong industry presence, supporting clients across industrial, transport, property owners, manufacturing, education and retail. You’ll be working with an experienced and technically strong team, backfilling a leadership role to ensure long-term succession planning. What will you be doing?

• Manage and service a high-value portfolio of professional services clients
• Provide technical insurance advice and ensure client retention through exceptional service
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client relationships

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and support teams to deliver optimal outcomes
• Contribute to strategic account planning and portfolio development

What do you need?

• Extensive broking experience with strong technical knowledge in large ISR and Liability programs
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex portfolios and deliver excellent client outcomes
• Experience working with large national clients is a benefit
• Strong interpersonal skills and commercial acumen
• A mature, well-rounded professional with a respected presence in the market
