Known for delivering high quality commercial, retail, and industrial projects, our client is expanding their local team and opening new offices to support a strong pipeline of upcoming work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator who’s looking to progress within a supportive and forward thinking company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare competitive hard-dollar tenders for a variety of new project opportunities
• Develop feasibility studies, elemental and square metre cost plans, and bills of quantities
• Coordinate selective trade packages and manage competitive pricing across internal bids
• Review design documentation and identify value engineering opportunities
• Assist in compiling detailed scopes of work and letting schedules for trade packages
• Contribute to tender submissions, including drafting qualifications, exclusions, and clarifications
• Work collaboratively with the estimating and project teams to ensure complete and accurate pricing strategies

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in a similar Estimating role within the construction industry
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of building methodologies and costs
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Word
• Experience in the industrial or large scale commercial sectors is desirable
