About the Role

Hyflow Plumbing Solutions is seeking an experienced and qualified Senior Tradesman Plumber to join our team based in Beresfield. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to both residential and commercial clients.

As a senior team member, you'll take the lead on-site, provide guidance to junior staff, and play an active role in maintaining our high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service. What You'll Be Doing

Performing a wide range of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance

Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues efficiently

Ensuring compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and safety standards

Working collaboratively with team members to deliver quality, timely service

Providing on-the-job training and support to apprentices and junior plumbers

Maintaining professionalism, a positive attitude, and a safe work environment at all times

What We're Looking For

Proven plumbing experience with strong technical knowledge

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills

A strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

Current Driver’s License

Backflow & TMV experience (advantageous but not essential)

Excavator operator experience (advantageous but not essential)

Maintenance experience not essential but favorable
