Roddo Plumbing is currently looking for a highly motivated plumber to join our growing team. Based in the Wollondilly Shire, we provide high-quality plumbing services across the South West Sydney region. About the Role

As a Plumber Tradesman at Roddo Plumbing, you’ll be responsible for a wide variety of plumbing tasks — with a strong focus on maintenance plumbing and drainage. You will be expected to work independently on job sites, document job details thoroughly, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a broad range of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance

Focus on residential and commercial maintenance plumbing

Conduct sewer and stormwater drainage works

Carry out excavation works (excavator experience preferred but not essential)

Diagnose issues using high-pressure jet blaster

Conduct CCTV pipe camera inspections

Read and interpret job plans and specifications

Liaise with clients and team members professionally

Keep accurate job records and documentation

Supervise apprentices when required

Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas

Uphold safety standards and company procedures

What We're Looking For

Qualified plumber (Cert III in Plumbing)

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience, preferably in maintenance plumbing

Ability to work unsupervised and manage job details independently

Great communication and punctuality – essential for working with existing clients

Valid driver’s licence

Willingness to travel across South West Sydney, Wollongong, Wollondilly & Southern Highlands

Experience operating small machinery/excavators (preferred)

Willingness to work reasonable overtime

Must pass a background check
