The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Tradesman Plumber to join our growing team. This role will involve overseeing two apprentices and working on a range of residential projects from the Central Coast through to Sydney.

A three-month probation period applies to ensure the right fit for both you and our team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform plumbing works on new builds and renovations

Supervise and mentor two apprentices

Interpret plans and ensure work aligns with specifications and compliance standards

Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient job site

Communicate effectively with clients, builders, and team members

What We’re Looking For

Certificate III in Plumbing (minimum requirement)

Fully qualified plumber with 5+ years of experience

NSW Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

High standards of workmanship and a motivated mindset
