What’s On Offer

💰 $38–$45 per hour + Super (based on experience/seniority)

🚗 Company vehicle or car allowance + fuel card

🔧 Full-time employment or subcontractor arrangement available

About the Role

As our Senior Plumber and 2IC, you’ll take on a leadership role and enjoy a variety of work, including:

Construction and maintenance plumbing projects

Running and managing jobs from start to finish

Supervising and mentoring apprentices (Supervisor’s License required)

Inspecting and quoting new jobs

Communicating directly with clients and solving problems on-site

Invoicing and completing job documentation via iPhone/apps

What You’ll Bring

Ideally 5+ years post-apprenticeship experience

Supervisor’s License or Trade Card

Experience managing and running jobs independently

Strong communication and leadership skills

Tech savvy – confident using iPhones and job management apps

Experience across construction and maintenance plumbing

A self-starter who leads by example and takes initiative
