About the role:

• Work closely with a diverse client base, including developers, fund managers, institutional investors, and financiers, on a wide range of commercial property matters.
• Gain hands-on experience across the full property lifecycle, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and large-scale developments.
• Contribute to the structuring and management of complex property investments, including joint ventures and real estate funds.
• 7 billable hours per day required.

The ideal candidate:

• Lawyer coming out of a reputable Real Estate practice.
• Work split is 100% Real estate; not a mixed bag.
• Must be at least 2 years PQE.
• Relevant law degree with a strong academic track record.
