About the Role

WorkPac are seeking a Reporting & Insights Analyst to join our client’s People & Culture team based in Keswick. This is a 6-month contract role focused on supporting HR reporting and dashboarding initiatives, helping drive data-informed decisions by analysing workforce metrics and automating reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI

Analyse and interpret large datasets to extract actionable insights

Automate and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency

Work closely with People & Culture teams to understand reporting needs

Assist in identifying trends related to workforce engagement, diversity, and retention

Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reports and dashboards

Skills and Experience Required

Proficiency in Power BI (preferred) or similar tools such as Tableau

Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets

Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM)

Knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages is desirable

Experience in automating reporting processes

Understanding of key People & Culture metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, diversity)
