Alliance News is seeking a Reporter in Australia to join its business news team covering companies, economics and markets globally.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate prior interest in business news, good journalism skills, and the ability to work quickly and accurately. The role will suit someone looking to get into financial journalism, taking a next step in their career, or returning to work after a career break.

Alliance News is a London-based news agency serving financial professionals and retail investors, with readership in leading dealing rooms and on prominent websites. The Reporter will work with colleagues in Australia, the US and South Africa to cover financial news when European markets are closed.
