About the Role
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is responsible for leading a small team to coordinate and provide administrative support to College human resource processes and compliance activities.

The HR Coordinator will rely on subject matter expertise to provide advice and training to Line Managers on HR policies and processes, including position management, and will undertake some low level case management and change management tasks.

The HR Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating a range of employee support functions, including the College’s Family and Domestic Violence Officers and Equal Opportunity Contact Officers.

To be successful in this role you will be a great communicator with the ability to lead a team and build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.

You will have a working knowledge of HR frameworks, with the ability to interpret and apply a range of different instruments.

You will be organised and will take a methodical approach to managing your work as well as supporting the great work of the HR team.
