About the Role
The Department of Fire and Emergency Services (DFES) has recently launched its Human Resources Business Partnering Branch, aimed at fostering collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders and providing strategic HR support throughout the organisation. This initiative focuses on enhancing key HR functions such as recruitment, organisational design, employee relations, and performance management.
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Human Resource Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality HR advisory services to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with relevant legislation, public sector standards, and departmental policies.
