Your Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive site performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Drive program and ensure project milestones are met
• Implement OH&S standards and maintain a safe site
• Coordinate with the PM and design teams during delivery
• Conduct site meetings, inductions, and toolbox talks
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience on commercial fit out/refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of trades, sequencing, and finishes
• Proven track record delivering projects between $2m–$20m
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisation skills
