- Classified Band 4 - $32.52 per hour, plus 12% superannuation.
- Part time (FTE 0.6).

How you’ll make a difference
This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to provide high levels of support within the Financial Services division of Council including:
- Ensuring the property and rating database is accurate.
- Preparing Land Information Certificates
- Processing pension applications
- Assist with payment plans
- Liaising with ratepayers regarding property and rates enquiries.
Our ideal candidate
- Ability to listen, understand and communicate effectively with ratepayers of the community with professionalism, compassion and care whilst adhering to the privacy act.
- Ability to build strong and positive relationships within a team environment, through collaborative communication with team members.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the integrity of the database.
- Ability to manage and prioritise competing tasks, demonstrating flexibility and initiative to meet key deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently utilising various corporate software programs as well as the Microsoft Office suite.
- Wants to be a part of a team seeking to evolve how it does things and is willing to learn.
