Join our supportive & successful boutique agency as a Property Manager, where you'll be responsible for sharing a portfolio of properties with our team whilst delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage daily operations including rent collection, arrears management, tenant enquiries, lease administration, bond lodgements and regular property inspections.

Co-ordinate and schedule maintenance, conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections to ensure properties are well maintained.

Oversee all aspects of your property portfolio from lease renewals and rent reviews to end-of-lease procedures and vacate management.

Serve alongside another Senior Property Manager as the primary liaison for landlords, tenants and trade partners. Proactively addressing issues and maintaining effective communication.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential property management in NSW

Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 (NSW)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Holds a current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or higher) and a driver's licence.
