Ray White Dulwich Hill are looking to expand it's PM team. The successful applicant will be working with our experienced property management team.

We recently had promoted our previous Letting Clerks internally, into positions of Sales and Property Management, respectively.

Responsibilities will include:

Leasing Clerk (less experience required)

• till 6:30pm on Tuesday to Thursday evenings.
• till 3pm on Saturday

• Must have a good leasing / sales ambition
• Focus on being punctual and wanting to positively interact with potential clients.
• Organise open homes during day, after hours & Saturdays
• Maintain online adds & Contact database for leasing
• Meet and arrange appointments with clients.
• An Expectation to hold opens home:
• Responsible for follow up on all clients
• Will get time in lieu to compensate for after hour appointments.

Skills & Experience Required;

• You will have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Officer or Leasing Officer is preferred. No experience persons for the right candidate will be considered.
• You will be highly organised and have strong communication skills
• You will have a current certificate of registration
• Your own car and a valid drivers license
• Optional experience with Snug & Property Me a benefit, not esential
