My Supports is an organisation led by people with firsthand experience in disability. As a Disability Support Worker, you'll join a vibrant local Neighbourhood Team with a close-knit group of fellow support workers, all led by an experienced Team Leader.

Our Team Leaders offer day-to-day support and guidance, collaborating with you to understand our clients' needs. This approach helps us deliver person-centred, community-inclusive supports.

Our client is seeking a Support Worker local to Northern Adelaide / Evanston Gardens. Preferred but not essential to have High Intensity Support experience and Wheelchair Van Securement experience.

A Working with Children's Check is required upon starting and a current First Aid CPR training before commencement.

Flexibility & Paid Shifts: If a shift is cancelled within 48 hours and we can't find you another shift, you still get paid.

Higher than award rates –Hourly rates between $35.31 to $37.82, depending on shift length. We also offer a higher allowance for sleepover shifts!

Additional Earnings: Kilometre reimbursement, shift penalties for afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
