Disability Support Worker - Northern Adelaide Suburbs

Hi, I’m Lachie — and I’m looking for support workers to join my team! My family and I have written and approved the message below.

I’m 18, I live in a SIL house, and I’m full of energy and personality. I’m non-verbal and have Autism Level 3 and an intellectual disability — but I’ve got a lot to say in my own way.

I love music (the louder the better!), walks, and getting out in the community. I can find some things tricky, so I need support workers who are calm, patient, and confident with behaviours of concern. When I feel safe and supported, I thrive.

My family and I are looking for someone who’s:

✅ Positive, reliable, and fun
✅ Skilled in behaviour support
✅ Got a Cert III or IV in Disability
✅ Motivated to help me grow and be more independent

Are you ready to turn up the music and support me along the way?

Apply now to join Team Lachie!
