About the role

Inspire Care SA Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate and reliable Male Disability Support Worker to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with a range of disabilities, empowering them to live independently and achieve their personal goals. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to fit around your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Accompanying and supporting clients to attend appointments, social events, or community activities

Implementing individual support plans and collaborating with clients to identify and achieve their goals

Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure the continuity of care

Advocating for client's rights and promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing

Providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for clients

What we're looking for

A Male Support worker willing to work with a wide range of clients and Disability types

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients

A genuine passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and a commitment to promoting their rights and independence

A relevant qualification, such as a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent, but willing to upskill the right candidate if needed.

A current Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle

A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team
