At Holistic In-home Care, we provide high-quality, person-centred in-home and community-based support for people living with disability and older Australians. We’re currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team.

About the Role

We proudly support clients across Adelaide and the greater Adelaide region, delivering personalised care wherever it’s needed.
You will support clients with their individual needs, which may include:

Personal care, domestic assistance, and meal preparation

Community access and social support

Transport to appointments and activities

Medication prompting or assistance (if qualified)

Supporting clients' independence and goals

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking people who are:

Compassionate, reliable, and respectful

Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Flexible and willing to travel locally for shifts

Essential Requirements

Current Australian Driver’s License and reliable vehicle

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

National Police Check

Proof of Working Rights in Australia

Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or similar is highly regarded but not essential.
