About the role

Eclipse Care and Support is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Wynn Vale, SA. This is a casual role, providing essential support and care for clients with a range of disabilities. You will play a vital part in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

What you'll be doing

Providing support with daily living activities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping

Facilitating social and recreational activities to improve clients' wellbeing

Documenting client progress and updating care plans as required

Advocating for clients' needs and ensuring their rights are protected

Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients

What we're looking for

Relevant qualifications in Disability Support, or a related field

Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a community or home-based setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others

A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

A current First Aid certificate and National Police Check
