Are you a driven hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your career? The Heritage Hotel in Gladstone NSW is looking for a motivated and hands-on managers to join our growing team.

Located on the stunning Mid North Coast, The Heritage is a busy, family-friendly pub known for its high-quality food offering, relaxed atmosphere, and commitment to community. With our new function, event, and wedding centre now fully operational which received the award for best innovative redevelopment at the 2024 AHA NSW awards, this is an exciting time to come on board and grow with us.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role where you'll be guiding and supporting our energetic, young team while overseeing day-to-day operations. As a part of the management team, you’ll play a key part in delivering excellent service, maintaining standards, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.

We're looking for someone who is:

A current Venue or Duty Manager looking for a new challenge

A Gaming Manager ready to step up

A Bar/Bistro Supervisor aiming to grow into management

Passionate about hospitality and people

Keen to build a long-term career in a supportive, family-run venue

Key Responsibilities

Leading and supporting front-of-house operations during service

Supervising gaming, bar, bistro, and function areas

Handling cash-up, till reconciliation & balancing

Stock control & Ordering

Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming venue

Training and mentoring junior team members

About You

You lead from the front and work well under pressure

You have strong communication and leadership skills

You are customer-focused with great presentation and people skills

You have a good understanding of gaming, TAB and Keno operations

You’re confident in a bistro/pub environment

You’re looking to grow further within the group

You’re passionate about building a positive, high-performing team culture

Required Qualifications

Valid RSA and RSG

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality

Strong knowledge of gaming, bar, and bistro operations
