Service Desk Engineer (Level 1)
Perth, WA | Full-Time | Growing MSP
Kickstart your IT support career with a dynamic and fast-growing Managed Service Provider! We're looking for a Level 1 Service Desk Engineer with 6+ months MSP experience to join a collaborative team supporting multiple clients across varied industries.
What You'll Do
Answer calls and triage tickets accurately across a multi-client environment
Deliver 1st line quick-fix support for desktop, apps, and basic infrastructure
Escalate tickets in line with SLAs and internal processes
Complete new computer installations and setup tasks
Run daily system checks and client health routines
Document repeatable tasks, fixes, and new processes
Participate in daily stand-ups and maintain accurate timesheets
Who You Are
Minimum 6 months experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Confident supporting multiple clients with varying tech environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personable and client-focused — you enjoy solving problems and helping people
Understand triage workflows and basic service desk operations
Entry-level IT skills, with the ability to troubleshoot standard desktop issues
Permanent resident (driving licence not required)
