Head Chef – The Kiosk Newcastle Beach

📍 Full-time | $80K + Super | 5 Days | Beachfront Location

We’re looking for a strong, hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Kiosk Newcastle Beach – a high-volume, fast-paced venue with a killer view and a tight team.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading kitchen operations day-to-day

Managing prep, ordering, rostering and staff

Driving seasonal menu planning and specials

Keeping the kitchen spotless and running smooth

Training and mentoring junior staff

Working closely with the FOH team

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as Head or Sous Chef in a busy café or casual dining kitchen

Strong leadership and time management

Comfortable managing systems, costs and staff

Someone who leads by example – calm, clean, and clear

Available 5 days including weekends, full-time, with early starts
