About the role
Are you ready for your next big career move? Join the City of Sydney Libraries and Learning team in this important leadership role as Library Engagement Manager.
The library senior leadership team is looking for its newest member to shape the service to best respond to the priorities of our communities and to drive a culture that is aligned with the skills, knowledge and ethics framework for the library and information services workforce.
You will be responsible for the teams that manage information services, communications and promotions, including the library call centre. You'll also play a leading role in library events, activities and partnerships to support implementation of the City's Cultural Strategy.
You will flex your muscles in operating strategically, building and maintaining relationships, continuous improvement through creating robust processes and leading through change.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
