What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be working directly with our Director and team to carry out maintenance, repairs and project works on a variety of properties.

Common tasks include:

✅ Plastering, patching and painting
✅ General building maintenance and handyman works

✅ Fire door repairs and compliance checks
✅ Small carpentry projects and defect rectification

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in building maintenance or construction in a commercial environment

- Fire door maintenance experience

- Painting and plastering experience
- Reliable with your own tools and transport

- Strong attention to detail and work quality

- Able to work independently and manage time well

- Comfortable using phone app's for task management
- White Card

- Must have a Police Check and current Driver’s Licence
