LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN / PROPERTY MAINTEANCE PERSON

The Esteem Group is a well-established Plumbing and Building Maintenance business.

Majority of our work is in the domestic market within the Eastern, Inner Eastern, Inner North and Inner South Eastern metropolitan corridor of Melbourne.

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our dynamic team in a full-time role. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, have a strong eye for detail, and enjoy variety in your work, we want to hear from you!

About the job - PROPERTY MAINTENANCE / HANDYMAN :

Some of the tasks include:

Plaster repair, patching, and ceiling/wall installations

Prep and paint internal and external surfaces

Perform handyman duties including minor repairs and general maintenance

Assist with demolition and preparation work for renovation projects

Basic carpentry such as hanging doors, installing skirting boards, and architraves

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe job site

We need a person who is:

Proven experience in a similar handyman or maintenance role

Strong skills in plastering, painting, and basic carpentry

A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes

Ability to manage time effectively and work to schedules

Takes pride in their work and appearance

Has great customer service skills

Punctual and reliable with a good work ethic

Holder of a White Card and Drivers Licence

Ability to pass a National Police Check

Ability to pass Working With Children Check in VIC
