About the Business:

MPS is a growing trade services business providing in-house General Building, HVAC, Plumbing and Grounds Maintenance services for many large customers across the greater Melbourne region. We have a team of many, multi-skilled trades people offering a broad range of trade services to our customers in the Facility Maintenance sector, including Child Care Chains, Corporate Businesses, Commercial & Residential Not-For-profit Organisations and many large FM companies

Role to include:

• Carpenter / Handyman - Trade background
• Preventative / Reactive Maintenance works
• Full time position, hourly rate / paid weekly
• Immediate start, once security vetted

To be considered you must:

• Be multi skilled, efficient and have strong attention to detail
• Be available Monday - Friday 7am start
• Have a WHS induction white card
• Ability to pass a National Police Check
• Ability to pass Working With Children Check in VIC

To be successful, applicants must have the following:

• Tidy / well presented person
• Own general hand tools required
• Self-managed and driven
• Current drivers license – fully maintained Company utility vehicle provided
• General carpentry background
• General handyman skills
• Good communication / writing skills
• OHS knowledge and OHS white card.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own
