Experienced Handyman / Tradesman – Property Maintenance$35 – $40 per hour + super

About the Role:

We’re seeking a reliable, skilled, and self-motivated handyman/tradesman to carry out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across residential and strata properties.

Typical Tasks Include:

General handyman maintenance

Minor carpentry and repair works

Basic tiling, patching, and painting

Garden clean-ups and lawn care

Minor plastering and gyprock repairs

Rubbish removal and site clean-up

Requirements:

Proven experience as a handyman or in a relevant trade (minimum 5 years)

Must have WWCC and Police Check

Full unrestricted driver’s licence

Full Australian working rights

Excellent problem-solving skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Well-presented, punctual, and professional

Ability to work independently and manage your own jobs

Excellent Communication

What We Offer:

$35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)
