Job Overview & Responsibilities

Want to make an impact on Pet Insurance? We’re looking for passionate people to support our pet parents when they need it most!

At Petcover we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, driven and friendly people to join our dynamic and hardworking policy administration team, contributing to our positive team environment.

Specifically, as the Claims Customer Service Officer you will:

Provide effective and efficient administration support

Manage policy renewals

Apply exclusions to policies

Processing of policy documentation

Process amendments and endorsements to current insurance policies

Provide exceptional client support via phone and email

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Pet parent or pet advocate

Veterinary nurse experience (desirable, not essential)

Demonstrated history of meeting performance targets.

Ability to take responsibility for your work.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with colleagues and customers.

A strong team player who works well in collaboration with others and actively participates in team discussions and activities in a positive and engaging way.

A personal drive to learn and develop new skills and knowledge.

Intermediate Microsoft office skills

Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
