We’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant/ Kitchen Hand to join our pre-opening team.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Assist kitchen and service staff in the restaurant in delivering exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain the highest level of operations by ensuring all areas and equipment are clean and organised, exceeding hygiene standards.
• You may assist chefs for simple mis-en-plus
• Effectively manage stock to minimise waste and optimise kitchen resources
