We’re seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support a major enterprise systems transformation within a dynamic public sector organisation. This is a casual rolling contract with strong potential for long-term engagement.

You’ll be part of an internal Business Solutions team that works across diverse business areas to optimise processes, enable better use of enterprise systems, and drive continuous improvement aligned with digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert support and configuration for enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HR, and Finance platforms).

Capture, analyse, and document business requirements and workflows.

Manage and contribute to small-to-medium scale system implementations and upgrades.

Develop and maintain business intelligence reports using SQL and SSRS.

Engage with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful delivery of system changes and enhancements.

Assist with testing, user education, and support for system users.

Promote integration and continuous improvement across enterprise applications.

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in business systems analysis within a complex, multi-application environment.

Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., TechnologyOne or Pathway). - Essential

Experience in SQL and SSRS for reporting and data analysis.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting IT projects through the full lifecycle.

A National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
