We’re currently upgrading our HR systems and looking for a skilled and people-focused Business Analyst to help drive this change. This role is key to shaping how we support our people through smarter, more connected technology.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with HR teams to gather and analyse business requirements
- Recommend improvements across HR systems including core HR, learning, and talent optimisation.
- Identify integration needs across internal and external platforms
- Document processes and design future-state solutions
- Support change initiatives and help embed new ways of working
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Business Analyst who’s passionate about people and technology. You’ll ideally bring:
- A degree in IT, Business, HR or equivalent experience
- 5+ years’ experience in HR tech implementations and systems development (Workday desirable)
- Strong business analysis skills, including data review and system testing
- Experience with external system procurement and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with project methodologies like Agile or Prince2
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
