Verveo is a born-new Managed Services Provider, founded by a proven leadership team with a track record of building successful, high-culture MSPs. We’re focused on delivering future-ready solutions across cloud, security, digital transformation, and advisory services.

We’re now looking for a hands-on Lead Engineer to play a foundational role in shaping our engineering capability. You'll initially lead a small but growing team of 4 and be actively involved in technical design, complex support, project delivery, and client engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead, mentor, and support a small team of engineers (currently 4)

As a senior leader in the business, contribute to establishing service delivery framework and defining additional capabilities of the organisation

Act as a senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and cloud issues

Drive high-quality delivery of managed services and transformation projects

Maintain deep technical involvement across systems, cloud, networking, and security

Collaborate closely with clients on architecture, roadmaps, and technical strategy

Contribute to building a high-performance, culture-first engineering team

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a Level 3 or Lead Engineer role within an MSP or IT services environment

Strong hands-on capability across:
Windows Server, Microsoft 365, VMware, and general infrastructure
Networking (Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers – vendor agnostic)
PSA/Service platforms (e.g., ConnectWise or similar)

Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills

A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes

Certifications in Microsoft technologies and/or ITIL highly desirable

Ability to work independently and lead from the front
