Jetty Bar & Eats is looking for a Full Time Sous Chef to join our team in Fremantle.

Located on the beautiful Swan River, Jetty Bar & Eats has established itself in the hospitality scene over the last 4 years as a venue delivering a fun and relaxed drinking and dining experience with a picture perfect view. Inspired by the Mediterranean coastline, Jetty offers a fresh seasonal menu delivered by a motivated kitchen team dedicated to quality food.

Open 5 days a week (Wednesday - Sunday) serving food throughout the day and into the evening, this sun soaked venue is a great next step for an up and coming Sous Chef.

A genuine interest in all things food, and passion for great produce

Support our Head Chef with the recruitment, training, development and mentorship of our team

Experience and understanding of kitchen operations and people management

Actively promote and enable a healthy positive work culture .

Maintain an exceptional standard of hygiene and cleanliness

Must have the right to work in Australia or be a permanent resident

A Sous Chef role in a small venue like Jetty means you will be across every aspect of the kitchen operation and have the opportunity to liaise and negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate on menu development and contribute to the menu with dish suggestion and creation.
