Multisite Operations Manager | OSHC | Penrith Region

The Quick Details:

This role isn’t about holding the fort or keeping things ticking over. It’s about starting something with heart. Creating welcoming spaces for children, building trust with teams, and laying the foundations of a positive culture that will grow over time.

You’ll be leading an established OSHC service already embedded in its school community, while also guiding the setup of new services set to launch soon. Each one is small in scale but rich in potential — backed by engaged schools, strong behind-the-scenes support, and a provider committed to thoughtful, purposeful growth over rushing to scale.

In this role, you will:

• Act as Nominated Supervisor (or be ready to step into it) across multiple services
• Build relationships with teams, families, and schools
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new staff
• Set up routines, systems, and environments with a focus on quality
• Embed the NQF and MTOP in daily practice
• Balance on-the-ground support with strategic oversight
• This is a full-time position. You’ll begin with a mix of shifts (including some split shifts), with the option to move into block shifts as services grow!

Child Safeguarding:

Looking for an individual that will understand, adhere to, and promote The National Principles for Child Safe Organisations (the Child Safe Standards). In your position, you will help to take action to promote child wellbeing and prevent harm to children and young people.

Child safeguarding methods for this position, could include, but are not limited to:

• A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
• Thorough screening.
• Reference checks.
• A national criminal history check.
