The Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Strive to Thrive Therapy, you’ll be a true changemaker. You’ll work across functional assessments, assistive tech, home mods, therapy, and more — with autonomy, creativity, and wrap-around support.

We’re Looking For OTs Who Are:
Fully registered with AHPRA
Experienced (2+ years in community-based OT ideal)
NDIS-savvy and values-driven
Independent but not lone wolves
Looking for meaningful work — not just a job
Hold a valid Australian driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle
Hold (or are happy to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, First Aid & CPR

“What if I’m isolated?”
👉 You won't be alone. We have regular Monday team huddles, flexible coffee catch-ups, and a strong culture of checking in.
“Will I have support with clinical decisions?”
👉 Yes — you’ll have direct, ongoing access to me (Lisa), your Principal OT. Think of it as a virtual open door: I’m always around for debriefs, support and mentoring. You’re never flying solo.
“Will I be stuck doing admin or wearing too many hats?”
👉 Nope. We’ve got dedicated admin support to handle bookings, agreements, invoices — all the stuff that isn’t OT. Your focus stays where it belongs: with your clients.
“Are the systems and processes a mess?”
👉 We’re a small team, but we’ve got smart systems — from onboarding to clinical documentation. And we're always improving. You’ll have clarity from day one.
“What if I have feedback or need to raise a concern?”
👉 We value open, respectful communication. You’ll have regular check-ins, plus access to a trusted third party to voice any concerns if needed. We take your voice seriously.
“Will working here look good on my CV?”
