Key Responsibilities

Uphold our mission to make a real difference in a client’s quality of life

Conduct a variety of assessments, including Functional Assessments, Assistive Technology, Home Modifications and Therapies

Design tailored plans to address each client’s unique challenges and goals.

Have a commitment to turn up daily for yourself, your clients and those around you

Take ownership of your place in the team and actively contribute to the growing interests of the team and company

Understand that clear and effective communication is the key to our success

Work closely with Support Coordinators and other industry professionals to continue building our strong network of supports for clients

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Brings 2+ years’ experience in a community-based OT role

Has a solid understanding of the NDIS space

Is confident in delivering unique solutions and supporting clients to reach their goals

Is reliable, motivated and committed to professional growth

Holds a valid Australian driver’s license with complete access to a suitable, fully insured vehicle

Holds (or is willing to obtain) a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue/Yellow Card, First Aid and CPR certificate and Police Clearance
