Overview

We are seeking committed and experienced Associate Nurse/Midwife Unit Managers (ANUM) to join our dynamic Consulting Rooms team at Mount Gambier & District Health Service.

As an ANUM, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the leadership and management of the unit. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your leadership skills and make a meaningful contribution to the health outcomes of the Limestone Coast community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proficient clinical nursing/midwifery care and oversee care outcomes.
• Assist the Nurse Unit Manager in service delivery, team coordination, rostering, and change management.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor to junior staff and students, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.

About You

• Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse and/or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Minimum 3 years post-registration experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
