Manage a residential portfolio fully from home supported by a dedicated inspections team handling all leasing, routines, and condition reports, plus a Compliance Officer and Virtual Admin Assistant.

Attend monthly office visits to connect & enagage with the property management team + company events.

About You:

You're an experienced and well-organised Property Manager with a proven ability to manage your portfolio remotely.

You take initiative, communicate clearly, and have the discipline and structure needed to work independently while still being part of a broader team.

Agents Rep Certificate/Cert 4 Real Estate Practice required

What’s on Offer:

• WFH full-time, Monday to Friday – no weekends
• All WFH tools provided – laptop, phone allowance & tech setup
• Monthly travel covered, including mileage, accommodation & meals
• Strong support team: inspections, admin & compliance
• Salary Package Neg to $103K depending on experience
