Your key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of, monitoring, and continually updating, a suite of reports to measure performance and meet the needs of the Office of the Public Guardian.
• Assist in the analysis of data, report writing, and preparation of information for the Public Guardian for use in corporate reporting.
• Provide administrative support to the business unit as required.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of systems, policies and practices to enable high quality systemic reports, including development and distribution of training materials for functional areas.
• Analyse information and data flows involving the Office of Public Guardian functions to ensure performance accountability, security, accuracy and planning needs are met.
• Contribute to operational and strategic planning and the OPG's overall reporting processes, providing relevant reporting, data and information.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of appropriate documentation that supports the functions of the team, including reporting procedures, operational planning, and performance indicators.
• Provide advice to the management teams within the OPG about specific reporting data.
