Business Development Specialist – NDIS Sector

Location: Melbourne, VIC -Hybrid role
Contract Type: Part-time (Contract) with a view for ongoing engagement
Hourly Rate: $45.00 - $50.00

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of NDIS participants? We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist to help expand our client base and strengthen relationships across the NDIS community.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NDIS sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and referral partners.

Conduct market research to uncover trends and service gaps.

Develop strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, community groups, and local authorities.

Lead sales and outreach efforts, including presentations and networking.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Monitor KPIs and provide insights to guide business growth.

Stay informed on NDIS policy changes and funding updates.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development within the NDIS or disability services sector.

Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and funding processes.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
