- $80K per annum, plus Super and NFP salary sacrifice benefits (up to $15,900 and $2,650 annually)

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role forms part of the recruitment and operations function and works within a wider People team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a specialised member of the team focusing on recruiting candidates who meet the job criteria and ensure the safety of the children we work with.
What You’ll Do
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will:
- Source candidates through various channels, including internal staff, Seek, LinkedIn, passive candidates, and other platforms, to identify the best talent.
- Develop advertisements that are engaging to attract the right candidates.
- Use Employment Hero recruitment platform to manage the recruitment process.
- Manage the screening process, including resume screening, interviewing, document verification and reference checking
- Collaborate with Area Managers, Centre Directors, and the Executive Team to anticipate needs and fill vacant positions.
- Build relationships with applicants and present and past employees
- Support the broader People Team with special projects and assist the HR Administrator where needed.
What You’ll Bring
As a specialised member of the Talent Team, you will bring:
- End to end recruitment experience - scoping positions, writing job ads, multi-channel candidate sourcing, detailed screening, issuing contracts and onboarding
- Experience recruiting staff to work with vulnerable people, with strong safety checking, would be an advantage
- Strong relationship management, the ability to identify and build relationships with talent and hiring managers
- Familiarity with applicant tracking and recruitment software, i.e., Employment Hero.
- Experience in working in a busy, multitasking environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Competent to expert in the use of Excel and data analysis
- Interest and training/qualifications in Human Resources practice is an advantage
- Exposure to the Early Learning sector is an advantage but not essential.
