About You

You're an experienced and motivated Early Childhood Teacher who brings passion, purpose, and a deep respect for children and their rights. You're ready to lead, inspire, and contribute meaningfully to our high-quality program.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

VIT Registration (Full or Provisional)

Demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment

Strong knowledge of the EYLF, VEYLDF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive, reflective and team-oriented mindset

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications

Current National Police Check
