We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Civil Earthworks Operators, Supervisors, and Labourers to join our team for an exciting project in Bathurst. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects while also having the chance to travel around the country for various LMI projects.

Civil Earthworks Operators

Civil Earthworks Supervisors

Civil Earthworks Labourers

Key Responsibilities:

Operators: Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and graders, to perform earthworks tasks such as excavation, grading, and compaction.

Supervisors: Oversee and coordinate site activities, manage crews, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and liaise with project managers and stakeholders.

Labourers: Perform general labour tasks including site preparation, material handling, and assisting with machinery operations. Support the team in achieving project milestones.

What We Do: At LMI Group, we are involved in a wide range of civil engineering projects, including:

Earthworks for infrastructure development such as roads, highways, and bridges.

Installation of geosynthetic materials for environmental protection and erosion control.

Drainage solutions to manage stormwater and improve site sustainability.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in civil earthworks (Operators and Supervisors).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in various environments and conditions.

Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, HR license for Operators).
