We’re Hiring For:

Civil Supervisors – lead crews, manage site operations, and keep projects running smoothly

Licensed Drainers / Pipelayers – deep trenching, stormwater, sub-divisional drainage, sewer, and water main installs

Licensed Plumbers - commercial projects, installation and commissioning of hydraulic services including sewer, stormwater, water, and fire systems. Hot and cold rough-in's, gas and fit off works

Skilled Labourers – trench work, material handling, site clean-up

Operators – experienced with civil machinery

What You’ll Need:

White Card + Driver’s Licence (essential)

Civil Supervisors: proven leadership experience in civil construction

Plumbers/ Drainers: QBCC Plumbing/ Drainer Licence

Ability to handle the physical demands of civil construction work

A strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset

Team player with good communication skills

Relevant Operator licences/ tickets (where applicable) example: excavator, loader, roller, and/or skid steer operation.

Own reliable transport to access various project sites across Northern NSW and Gold Coast.
