About Us:

We are a growing, high-end landscaping company specialising in both residential and commercial landscape maintenance. We're currently seeking a qualified Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team. This role is key in ensuring gardens are maintained to the highest standards and that maintenance projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of landscape maintenance crews

Perform and supervise duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, garden bed maintenance, and fertilising

Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely and effectively

Manage schedules, timelines, and site standards across multiple sites

Work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any site issues

Maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and performance on all sites

Requirements:

Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent

Proven experience in landscape maintenance (residential and/or commercial)

Strong plant knowledge and attention to detail

Confident in leading a small team and meeting deadlines

Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Current driver's licence (MR preferred) and own transport

Benefits:
