About the role

Join the dynamic production team at Borgo Salumi and play a vital role in the manufacturing of our quality smallgoods. As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for hands-on production tasks within our well-equipped facility in Holland Park, Queensland. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company.

What you'll be doing

Be involved in the preparation of ingredients for smallgoods manufacture

Assist in production

Operate production equipment and machinery to manufacture products to high standards

Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards

Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Good communication and problem-solving skills

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
