About the Roles:
Are you a Facilities Manager with experience in Commercial or Retail properties? We’re looking for professionals to fill a number of temporary assignments with some of the country’s leading property groups, located in both Sydney CBD and North Sydney.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take charge of both hard and soft facilities management for a portfolio of assets.
• Oversee scheduled and ad hoc maintenance to keep properties running smoothly.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance and optimal asset performance.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to deliver quality maintenance and prompt repairs.
• Keep thorough, up-to-date records of all maintenance and repairs.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Facilities Management within commercial or retail environments.
• A trade qualification is an advantage.
• Sound understanding of building operations, maintenance, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communicator with strong organisational and time management abilities.
